Die Villa Chiara ist ein freistehendes Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger, sonniger Südlage und bietet auf zwei Stockwerken grosszügigen Raum für Erholung, Rückzug und gemeinsame Zeit. Eingebettet in einen weitläufigen subtropischen Garten mit Swimmingpool entsteht eine Atmosphäre, die geprägt ist von Ruhe, Licht und Natur.

Der Wohnbereich bildet das Zentrum des Hauses. Ein grosser Tisch und ein einladendes Sofa schaffen Raum für Begegnung, Gespräche und gemeinsames Verweilen. Die Räume öffnen sich zu den Terrassen und in den Garten, wodurch Innen- und Aussenbereiche fliessend ineinander übergehen.

Die neue Küche ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alles für komfortables Kochen. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt vier Betten sowie zwei Badezimmer sorgen für eine angenehme Aufteilung und ausreichend Privatsphäre.

Der Garten mit Pool und verschiedenen Sitzplätzen bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, den Aufenthalt im Freien zu geniessen – ob in der Sonne, im Schatten oder am Wasser.

Die Villa Chiara liegt in einem verkehrsfreien Teil eines Tessiner Dorfes und ist über einen kurzen Fussweg erreichbar. Öffentliche Parkplätze und eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich in wenigen Gehminuten Entfernung.

Die Lage bietet direkten Zugang zur Natur: Kastanienwälder und Spazierwege beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Der Lago Maggiore sowie die Orte Ascona und Locarno sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Die Villa Chiara ist ideal für Gäste, die einen ruhigen, inspirierenden Ort mit viel Privatsphäre und Nähe zur Natur suchen – für Ferien, Rückzug oder kreative Auszeiten.
