The Alpenrose 31 flat is an exceptionally spacious 4.5-room flat on the ground floor of the Residenza Alpenrose in Sils Maria. With around 165 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for a relaxing holiday.
The bright living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. Large windows, the open-plan layout and the fireplace create a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is functionally equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking and socialising together.
The apartment has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. This makes the property ideal for families or small groups.
Two bathrooms – one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower – as well as a separate guest WC ensure a high level of comfort.
A particular highlight is the large terrace with unobstructed views of the Sils plain and the surrounding mountains. Direct access to the outdoors creates additional space and invites you to experience nature at first hand.

The flat is situated in the Residenza Alpenrose on the outskirts of Sils Maria, in a very good location. Shops, restaurants, public transport and sporting facilities such as cross-country ski trails and hiking paths are all within easy reach.
Its close proximity to the cross-country ski trail and good links to the local bus service make the flat an ideal base for activities in both summer and winter.
Sils combines a peaceful atmosphere with a well-established infrastructure and is regarded as one of the most inspiring places in the Engadin.
