Die Chesa Radonda 1 ist eine moderne und grosszügige 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss im Pas-ch Quartier von Sils Maria.

Der helle Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche bildet das Zentrum der Wohnung. Die Räume sind klar gestaltet und bieten eine angenehme Kombination aus Funktionalität und Wohnkomfort.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer: ein Doppelzimmer sowie ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Zwei Badezimmer – eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne – sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort und Flexibilität im Alltag.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse mit Ausrichtung nach Westen. Von hier aus geniesst man den Blick auf die Berge Furtschellas und Corvatsch und kann die Abendsonne in ruhiger Umgebung erleben.

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet alles, was es für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garagenplatz. Waschmöglichkeiten stehen im Haus zur Verfügung. Ein Haustier ist auf Anfrage erlaubt.

Die Lage ist ideal: Die Talstation Furtschellas/Corvatsch ist in kurzer Distanz erreichbar, ebenso das Zentrum von Sils mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
