The flat is on the third floor and has a bright and welcoming design. The living area opens onto the balcony, offering a beautiful view of the lake and the expansive landscape. The simple, modern furnishings create a pleasant and uncluttered living atmosphere.

The bedroom is furnished with two beds and provides a peaceful retreat. There is also a sofa bed in the living area, which can be used flexibly.

The kitchen is functionally fitted and features a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet and washbasin.

A particular advantage of Residenza Alpenrose is the on-site facilities: direct access to the restaurant, the immediate proximity to the cross-country ski trail and the connection to the local bus service to the mountain railways make your stay easier and particularly comfortable.

The flat is situated in the Residenza Alpenrose on the outskirts of Sils Maria, in a very good location. Shops, restaurants, public transport and sporting facilities such as cross-country ski trails and hiking paths are all within easy reach.

Its close proximity to the cross-country ski trail and good links to the local bus service make the flat an ideal base for activities in both summer and winter.

Sils combines a peaceful atmosphere with a well-established infrastructure and is regarded as one of the most inspiring places in the Engadin.

Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen und daher haben wir bereits nochmals eine Woche für anfangs Juli gebucht.

Temperaturregelung (Heizung) war etwas speziell aber mit Reduktion auf 18° im Schlafzimmer wurde dies durch Sie gelöst.
