The flat in the Residenza Alpenrose is situated on the third floor and boasts a bright, sunny south-facing aspect. Spanning approximately 60 m², it offers a comfortable and practical living space for two people.

The living area is warmly designed and opens onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the village of Sils Maria and the surrounding mountain landscape. The clean, simple décor creates a peaceful atmosphere and leaves plenty of room for relaxation.

The bedroom is furnished with two beds and provides a cosy retreat. There is also a sofa bed available in the living room.

The kitchen is functionally fitted and features a dining table where meals can be enjoyed in comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, washbasin and toilet.

The flat comes with a reserved garage space with an electric charging point. The building also features a communal laundry room and a ski and bicycle storage room. A lift is available, making access to the flat easy.

The flat is situated in the Residenza Alpenrose on the outskirts of Sils Maria, in a very good location. Shops, restaurants, public transport and sporting facilities such as cross-country ski trails and hiking paths are all within easy reach.

Its close proximity to the cross-country ski trail and good links to the local bus service make the flat an ideal base for activities in both summer and winter.

Sils combines a peaceful atmosphere with a well-established infrastructure and is regarded as one of the most inspiring places in the Engadin.
