Die Wohnung in der Chesa Polaschin befindet sich im Dorfteil Sils Seglias, ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und touristischer Infrastruktur. Auf rund 65 m² bietet sie ein angenehmes und funktionales Wohnumfeld für erholsame Tage im Engadin.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist hell und freundlich gestaltet und öffnet sich zum nach Westen ausgerichteten Balkon. Dieser bietet einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und eignet sich ideal für sonnige Stunden am Nachmittag und Abend. Im Wohnraum steht zusätzlich ein Bettsofa zur Verfügung, das Platz für zwei weitere Gäste bietet.

Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und bietet direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und modern, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Komfort und Funktionalität.

Die separate Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Selbstverpflegung. Der Essbereich bietet ausreichend Platz für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten.

Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert und verfügt über Tageslicht sowie eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung, Lavabo und WC.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein reservierter Garagenplatz. Zudem stehen eine gemeinschaftliche Waschküche sowie ein Skiraum im Haus zur Verfügung.
