Description

Chesa Muot Mulin is situated in a sunny and quiet location in the La Motta area of Maloja, surrounded by open landscapes with a remarkable sense of space and tranquillity.

The detached house offers generous living space of 140 m² and a large private garden that extends directly into the open fields. It is a place of calm, openness and close connection to nature.

Inside, the house creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere with its simple and carefully curated interior. The living room with fireplace invites guests to spend cosy evenings indoors, while the west-facing balcony opens up views of the surrounding mountains.

The house features three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds – and accommodates up to six guests. The bedrooms are spacious and particularly well suited for families with children.

The kitchen is functionally equipped and intentionally kept in a retro style. The focus is not on technical perfection, but on simplicity, tranquillity and an authentic holiday atmosphere.

A bathroom with bathtub and two separate toilets are available. An additional lounge area in the basement further complements the generous layout.
