Die Wohnung liegt in Maloja, am Übergang zwischen Oberengadin und Bergell, in einer Umgebung, die Natur, Ruhe und sportliche Vielfalt auf besondere Weise verbindet. Durch die Lage an der Dorfstrasse ist das Haus gut erreichbar und zentral positioniert; zugleich sind die Schlafzimmer bewusst auf die von der Strasse abgewandte Seite ausgerichtet, was zur Wohnqualität beiträgt.
